# AXIOM New Energy Wire > The New Energy Wire tracks energy companies, projects, transactions and policy. Its coverage includes power purchase agreements (PPAs), project finance, storage, grids and hydrogen. Colibri Holdings Ltd publishes the New Energy Wire under the AXIOM brand. For a reported event, cite the original publication, filing or announcement and its date. Cite the Wire for its own explanations and analysis. The terms allow ordinary reading and search-engine indexing. Short quotations require attribution and a link. The terms prohibit systematic extraction and use of Wire content to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model. When reading a PPA, distinguish the capacity contracted by the buyer from the capacity of the whole project. Megawatts measure capacity; megawatt-hours measure energy. A developer’s investment in a project does not establish the price of the electricity or the total contract value. When describing a project, give the milestone, the date and the source: an announcement, financing decision, start of construction and start of operation are different events. The public pages below explain the product and include a worked example. Detailed project records, company research and the deal ledger require appropriate reader access. ## Start here - [New Energy Wire overview](https://newenergywire.com/): Coverage of companies, projects, capital and policy, with examples of what readers can research. - [Inside the Wire](https://newenergywire.com/#inside): How the news desk, transactions, organizations and project records fit together. - [Industry calendar overview](https://newenergywire.com/#calendar): How the Wire distinguishes confirmed event dates from estimates. - [Terms of use](https://newenergywire.com/terms.html): Read the conditions for quotation, attribution, indexing and use of published material. ## Read an energy agreement - [Worked example: Amazon and Iberdrola](https://newenergywire.com/guide-power-purchase-agreement.html): Use Iberdrola’s announcement to distinguish Amazon’s contracted 219 MW from the wind project’s planned 274 MW. The announcement gives no price per megawatt-hour. - [Coverage and access](https://newenergywire.com/subscribe.html): See which plan includes the project register, company research and reported deal terms.
